- Charity: The Blue Goose offers the opportunity to meet and know individuals from the US, Canada, and Australia, and be involved in worthwhile, charitable endeavors, resulting in lasting, long-term friendships and a sense of generous accomplishment.
- Tradition: It's enjoyable to be a part of an international organization that has a century of tradition and history.
- Networking: There is a substantial cross-section of the insurance industry (carrier, producer, regulator) represented, as well as related industries. You will have the opportunity to meet others in the insurance industry on a social and much more relaxed level.
- Social Activities: Blue Goose meetings spend very little time on the "Business side of things". It was primarily organized to be fun and relaxing.
- Personal Relationships/Skill Development: Friendships develop through Blue Goose and members speak without the competitive pressures of other professional associations. Members will also get a chance to develop their leadership skills (delegation, conducting meetings, setting up committees, and etc.) if desired.
- Family Participation: Blue Goose is one of the only professional organizations that is family-oriented and gives members a chance to include their families in conventions and activities.

| The Honorable Order of the Blue Goose, International was founded in 1906 and is a worldwide fraternal organization of individuals who work within the insurance industry. As Ganders, we are members of Ponds located throughout the United States and Canada. There is fellowship, education, charity, and leadership in our organization. |
